Collaborated with a director and contract designer to revamp the company-wide internal employee-
facing intranet and external careers presence, covering benefits, insurance, Title IX, tuition reimbursement,
mentorship programs, and team structures.

Selected Accomplishments:

Produced 50+ pages of web copy across front-end and back-end site architecture including headlines, body
copy, UI copy, and ADA-compliant meta tags, architecting a centralized resource that improved employee
awareness of available benefits.
Crafted external-facing careers page copy balancing employer brand storytelling with legal language, anti-
discrimination information, and benefits detail for an industry requiring mass-market accessibility.
Developed strategic job listings incorporating keyword research and employer brand positioning to attract
qualified candidates.
Delivered a project that continually expanded in scope due to client satisfaction, extending from a short-
term contract to a 4–5 month engagement, completing the entire site architecture.
